Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Marriage Ezy, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the website and related services.
Eligibility
To use Marriage Ezy, you must:
Be at least 18 years old and of legal marriageable age in your jurisdiction.
Be single, divorced, widowed, or otherwise legally free to marry.
Not be prohibited from entering into marriage under any applicable law.
By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Nature and Purpose of Services
Marriage Ezy is a matrimonial platform intended solely for publishing profiles and facilitating contact for the purpose of lawful marriage. It is not a dating or casual relationship service. Any use inconsistent with this purpose is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration and Security
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify Marriage Ezy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Member Conduct
You agree not to:
Provide false or misleading information regarding identity, age, marital status, education, or other details.
Post offensive, explicit, illegal, abusive, or blasphemous content.
Harass, threaten, scam, or request money from other members.
Advertise or promote commercial services or other websites.
Scrape, copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse any platform data or content.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
User Content and License
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including profile details and photographs.
However, you grant Marriage Ezy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You represent and warrant that:
You have the legal right to share the content.
Your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Fees and Payments
Marriage Ezy charges a six-month one-time fee of USD 25 per profile, unless otherwise stated on the Pricing page.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of technical error.
Prices and packages may be updated in the future, but changes will not affect payments already made.
No Verification and Limitation of Liability
Marriage Ezy does not independently verify the accuracy of member profiles. Users are solely responsible for verifying information and making decisions, including decisions related to marriage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marriage Ezy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Service Changes and Termination
Marriage Ezy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All website design, text, graphics, logo, and software are the property of Marriage Ezy or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
Marriage Ezy may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those websites.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marriage Ezy from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another person.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Parties may agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
Changes to Terms
Marriage Ezy may update this User Agreement from time to time. The revised version will become effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
